About Kelly
Kelly has been teaching God's Word for more than twenty years. She and her husband, Lee, a retired Air Force fighter pilot, have a unique story which revolves around the fact that three of their four children are profoundly deaf.
Her family's story was featured in the June, 2004 issue of Airman magazine in an article entitled "Echoes of Silence." They were also featured in a full-page article in the St. Louis Post Dispatch in 1994. Local television stations in St. Louis aired their story when their twin girls had surgery to receive cochlear implants. The Halls were selected as the Randolph AFB Family of the Year in 1993.
Kelly was the keynote speaker at the Hill AFB chapel on Women's Day in 2003. She is an inspirational speaker for women's gatherings and retreats, which have included events hosted by Officer Christian Fellowship, Protestant Women of the Chapel, and Mothers of Preschoolers. She co-publishes a quarterly inspirational women's newsletter called Fresh Word. Through her speaking, as well as her writing, she inspires others to stand unswervingly on God's Word regardless of the adventures they encounter on this earth.
She holds degrees from the University of Texas and Texas Tech University and is a licensed Physical Therapist. She and her family have moved every two to three years and have lived in Utah, California, Missouri, Illinois, Arizona and Texas. Her husband has had the privilege of serving our country in Turkey, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan. She currently resides in Colorado with her husband and two of their four children.
